Who we are

Starting off strong in 2019, Luke Faloona was given the opportunity to work with many Fortune 500 clients after joining a small company based out of Dallas, TX. Managing and implementing SaaS-based gamification campaigns focused on building and maintaining customer loyalty, his client base consisted of T-Mobile, Dell Technologies, Southwest Airlines, Shell Fuel and more. After several years working as a Project Manager in the corporate world, Luke learned that the most important part of any successful project is the team that supports it.

In 2022, Luke was assigned to oversee a high-profile gamification project for his biggest client. The timeline was aggressive, the expectations were sky-high, and the stakes were immense.

Early in the project, Luke focused heavily on the technical execution, trying to anticipate and solve every problem on his own. But as deadlines drew near and unforeseen challenges started piling up, he realized his individual effort wasn’t enough to meet the demands of the client.

Recognizing this, Luke shifted his approach, prioritizing collaboration and communication with his team. He called a meeting where he encouraged open dialogue, divided responsibilities based on team members' strengths, and empowered them to take ownership of their respective tasks.

2 weeks before launch, Luke was hospitalized after an undiagnosed heart condition nearly ended his life. With the team-lead out and an immovable deadline, the project team’s collective effort and trust in one another turned the project around. Not only was it delivered on time, but it exceeded the client’s expectations, becoming one of the most successful campaigns of the year garnering over 10 million visitors.

From this experience, Luke learned that no matter how skilled or prepared one person is, the most critical factor in a project’s success is the strength, cohesion, and support of the team behind it.

In the following years, Luke left the company to manage projects in convenience retail, IT, and healthcare industries. But none of these places had the team cohesion that he valued so much with his employer. So, in 2024, Luke Faloona founded Precision Project Partners in Atlanta, Georgia.

Precision Project Partners’ mission is to deliver exceptional project outcomes through seamless collaboration and strong partnerships.
